The Smith attachment for the BodyCraft SG2 Super Gym adds safe, guided barbell training to your workout routine. The guided movement of the barbell makes it ideal for performing safe squats, bench presses, shoulder presses and many other basic exercises - perfect for effective strength training without a spotter. High-quality plain bearings ensure smooth movement, while the numerous locking positions maximise safety during training. The Smith Option can be easily attached to the SG2 and fits seamlessly into the station's modular design.

In addition to guided barbell exercises at the Smith machine, the attachment offers all the benefits of a half rack. The two long spotter arms can be adjusted to multiple heights, and the two J-hooks allow for safe and varied free barbell training.
