Quality/assembly: Very we'll made and easy to assemble. Use: I have found this to be the mist useful attachment for the super bench. My only issue is that it is not possible to adjust the pad position for optimal crunching - as this is a small issue, I have still given the attachment full marks.

Absolute Pflicht-Erweiterung für die Super Bench! Erst mit der Bank ist eine sinnvolle/angenehme Fußablage bei diversen Übungen für kleinere bis mittelgroße Trainierende (180cm) gegeben. Super! Unbedingt die Super Bench damit ergänzen. Eine Vielzahl von Übungen (z.B. negatives Bankdrücken) werden erst durch diese Erweiterung möglich. Vollständig eingeschoben (inoffizielle Postion) ermöglicht die Crunch Halterung sogar effektives Training des unteren Rücken.

Das ist auch ein Muss wenn man die Bank gekauft hat. Vor allem kann man mit diesem Zubehör die Bank als Negativbank nutzen. Noch eine tolle Eigenschaft die man sonst selten findet.
