The leg extension/leg curl element allows exercising the front and back thigh muscles on the Ironmaster weight bench Super Bench. Thanks to the sturdy construction, the Ironmaster leg extension/leg curl element (or: Ironmaster Leg Extension/Curl) can be loaded with weight plates of up to 90 kg. Thanks to the provided adapter, weight plates with diameter of 30 mm and 50 mm can be used.

Quality/assembly: Very good build quality. Although I managed to assemble the attachment, the assembly instructions were not particularly clear. Use: The attachment seems to be quite strong and allows leg curls to be made. My only issue is that one cannot set the padding position for optimal use.

In der Funktion als Beinstrecker empfinde ich diese Erweiterung als perfekt. Fühlt sich genauso angenehm an, wie beim Training mit Beinstrecker-Geräten in Studios. Für das Beinbeugen kann ich die Aussage von m4758406 bestätigen. Es kommt hier zu erhöhtem Druck an der Vorderseite des Oberschenkels direkt über dem Knie... [Read more], weil die Rolle ein wenig höher ist als die Super-Bench. Behelfe mir hierbei auch mit einem kleinen Schaumstoffkissen unter dem Oberschenkel, sodass sich der Druck beim Training entlang des Oberschenkels besser verteilt. Der Beinstrecker/beuger ist sehr gut verarbeitet und macht einen äußerst stabilen Eindruck. (So wie die ganze Hantelbank) Er ist mit einem Handgriff in Sekundenschnelle an der Bank montiert und fixiert. Je nach Körpergröße bzw. Beinlänge gibt es verschiedene Einstellmöglichkeiten, so dass beim Trainieren keine unangene... [Read more]hmen "Druckpunkte" , insbesondere beim Beinbeugen, entstehen. Das Auflegen bzw.
