Thanks to its electromagnetic induction braking system, in manual mode the resistance can be adjusted precisely from 25 to 500 watts. One major advantage: The bike can be used for both regular, intense fitness training and light rehabilitation exercises.

Are you looking to add some variety to your workout? With 20 different training programmes, boredom is not an option. Thanks to ANT+ and wireless connectivity, you can use fitness apps such as Kinomap (subscription required). Kinomap offers a wide selection of training routes - so you'll stay motivated and enjoy your workouts on the Kettler HOI Tour!

With a maximum user weight capacity of 150 kg and an adjustable height setting between 150 and 200 cm, this exercise bike is suitable for a wide range of users. The gel-padded saddle offers a high level of comfort, even during longer workouts. The quickly adjustable multifunctional handlebars and the adjustable pedals with cork pads promote an ergonomic riding position.

It’s not just the comfort that stands out—the clear LCD display also lets you keep track of all your key workout metrics, such as speed and calories burned. Would you like to base your training on your heart rate? No problem! You can pair a chest strap (not included) using ANT+ and wireless connectivity to make your training even more targeted.

++Superfahrrad, gute Einstellmöglichkeiten würde es wieder kaufen +-Computer übersichtlich, bietet aber wenig Individualmöglichkeiten, Handbuch unverständlich - Für Ungeübte schwierig zusammen zu bauen, habe beim, montieren schon 10kg abgenommen;-)
