The console clearly displays all important training data like strokes per minute, time, distance, calories and – when using a chest strap – also the user’s heart rate. The console and its support arm can be tilted and angled for optimal legibility. The rowing machine is compatible with apps to provide additional motivation during your workout, for example: Kinomap which offers a variety of interactive route videos and training options (requires a monthly or lifetime subscription for the full experience).
